Description

Finished mail service in Bigpond emails can be recovered only if they haven't been totally wiped out from the Trash folder. To undo Bigpond erased mails, sign in to your Bigpond email account via Telstra webmail. Once logged in, go to the left-hand menu and click on the “Trash” or “Deleted Items” folder.

In the Trash, locate the messages that you intend to retrieve. Select all these emails and click either Move to / Restore option and email them back to the inbox or designated folders. If most recent emails were deleted, they should remain in the Trash folder. When too much time has drifted, the emails would most likely be gone since the trash was either emptied or there has been a time lapse from when it was deleted.

To facilitate in the future some important emails being deleted, as well as important messages which the user considers to be essential later on, it could be feasible to create local storage archives or backups using emailing programs, Outlook for instance. Again, if you are having difficulty in satisfying your questions on how to reclaim emails deleted by you, or if you need to retrieve specific messages that you cannot find, you have the possibility of reaching out to Telstra for assistance.
